CREATIVE ENVISIONING: A MINDFUL PATH TOWARD CHANGE AND MORE REWARDING RELATIONSHIPS
Even amid challenge, loss and unexpected circumstances, we may retain an underlying resourcefulness—an intuitive knowing that can help guide us.
Learning to be mindfully present with fear, sadness and difficult thoughts can create space for healing and acceptance. From acceptance, we may become better able to recognize what matters, connect with our own truth and choose a more meaningful path forward.
Should you choose to take this journey, we will explore your inner life, values, relationships and ways of responding to stress. Our work may support greater self-awareness, clearer communication and movement toward actions aligned with the life and relationships you want to create.
For clients who are interested, psychotherapy may also include carefully chosen forms of creative expression involving art, writing, music or movement. No artistic experience is needed.
People of all cultures, races, traditions, gender identities and sexual orientations are welcome.
Psychotherapy and Coaching
Amanda provides psychotherapy as a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
Amanda is also trained as a CTI life coach. Coaching, when offered, is a separate, unregulated service and is not psychotherapy. The nature of the service, applicable consent and professional role will always be clarified before work begins.
