Where deepening connection with your inner life leads to peace, freedom and possibility.

CREATIVE ENVISIONING - A MINDFUL PATH TO CREATING A BETTER REALITY AND STRONG REWARDING RELATIONSHIPS
I sense that regardless of our challenges, tragedy or bad luck, each of us have an underlying resourcefulness, an intuitive knowing within that can guide us. Every one of us has had some type of trauma and unforeseen circumstances, struggle or loss. But rather than be trauma survivors there is potential in each of us to be trauma thrivers. With challenges, exist opportunities and possibilities. Learning how to mindfully be with our fears, sadness and thoughts is the first step to finding healing. Through this process a space opens for acceptance. From acceptance is the opportunity to connect with our truth and discover a new rewarding path.
Should you chose to take this journey, together, we will explore your inner life, your values and your relationship with life. Ultimately this involves transforming one’s interaction with stress and raising consciousness to a level of empowerment in which individuals feel a call to action. For artists and creatives, ask about my special opportunities for art psychotherapy and creative coaching.
Whatever your needs, all LGBTQi2s, cultures, races and traditions are welcome. We all have the potential to love our lives if we are open to some inner reflection, inquiry and taking the risk to believe in ourselves.
